Bet Dieting | About
Bet Dieting is a simple concept which originated in the USA. The idea is that you place a bet on yourself that you will lose the weight you need to lose on your diet, hence the phrase 'Bet Dieting'. If you don't lose the weight in a given time period you lose the bet and so you lose the money. Some say it's a gimmick others a joke but the thing is if money is at stake a lot more of us would take it seriously. Dieting in any form has to be managed and shouldn't be taken too lightly and if you feel placing a bet on whether or not you will lose the weight puts more pressure on you then we would say don't do it.
